Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Orders placed off-line can also be paid by Credit/Debit card over the phone. Goods will be dispatched upon clearance of payment by our bank.

Pricing Policy

Prices may change without prior notice. We will not be held responsible for pricing errors as a result of software or hardware failure.

VAT Registration

All of our prices displayed on the website are exclusive of VAT at the current rate.

Cancelled Orders

If you wish to cancel an order made from our website, please contact us within 24 hours of the original time of the sale. If the item has already been despatched, we require the item returned unopened and in it’s original condition before we can process the refund.

Delivery and postage/packing charge

If an item is ordered before midday, we aim to despatch the same day for delivery the next working day. We reserve the right to use various couriers depending on the item ordered.

If an item is temporarily out of stock and we are unable to dispatch your item within 24 hours of you placing the order we will contact you via email or phone to advise an anticipated delivery date. A signature may be required on delivery.

Warranty

All items carry the manufacturer’s warranty. This does not affect your statutory rights. Postal costs to return items to us under warranty will be paid for by the customer.

UK English Law Statement

Phormula is legally bound by English Law.

As at 10 March 2008, all of the items we sell are legal to own and use in Great Britain. We will not be held liable in the event that there are any future changes in the law. Liability in this instance will be fully with the owner of the items. We will not refund any purchase due to a change in law making any of our items illegal to own in Great Britain.

Customers from outside of Great Britain purchasing any items must adhere to local country laws. We will not be held liable in any event if local laws make any of our items illegal to own in that country.
