We accept most credit card/debit cards, PayPal and Bank Transfer. Orders placed via this website are shipped from Mainland UK. We will process your order same day whenever possible. If the item you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you and let you know the lead time on your purchase.
We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed for collection Monday.
If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, a delivery card may be left and your parcel may be taken to your local sorting office for collection.
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely
from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
UK Delivery charges are based on size and weight of the items ordered. Charges are calculated at the checkout. Our core products are charged at £9.99 for UK Delivery. We aim for next day delivery, but please allow 2 working days for delivery.
European Delivery charges are based on size and weight of the items ordered. Charges are calculated at the checkout. Our core products start at £24.99 for European Delivery. We aim for 3-5 day delivery. However, delays caused by customs or the courier are beyond our control.
International Delivery charges are based on size and weight of the items ordered. Charges are calculated at the checkout. Our core products start at £29.99 for International Delivery. We aim for 3-5 day delivery. However, delays caused by customs or the courier are beyond our control.
International delivery prices can be viewed in the Basket. Click on “Change address” and enter your country. Shipping options and prices will be shown.
Please contact us regarding any problems with shortages or carrier damage and photographic proof, within 2 days of receipt. We regret that beyond this time, due to circumstances beyond our control we may be unable to process your claim.
UK Customers must allow a minimum of 10 working days for delivery before we will reship orders. Orders will be reshipped once the courier declares the parcel as lost.
International orders must wait until the courier declares the parcel as lost before orders can be reshipped.
Any returns must be authorised in advance. Please contact us using our online contact form.
We are only able to offer a refund if the following criteria are met:
Goods returned to us because the courier is “unable to deliver” or the good have been “refused by customer”. We will charge for redelivery or a charge 20% restocking fee if the goods are no longer wanted by the customer.
